This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our UK and US travel sales processes, including Meta PPC, holiday packages, and car rentals. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their travel needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their travel experiences. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to post-sale support. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our travel offerings.
