Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Pune. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will assist clients in planning customized travel itineraries. Key responsibilities include understanding clients travel requirements, recommending tailored travel packages, managing customer inquiries, and closing sales. You will handle booking arrangements, provide prompt customer service, and stay updated on the latest travel trends and destination information to better serve the clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of travel destinations - India, travel planning, and booking tools
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience in travel and tourism or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
