Job Title: Travel Sales Consultant UK Process (PPC/META)
Job Overview:
A PPC Travel Sales Consultant handles inbound leads generated through Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns for the UK travel market. The role involves converting online travel inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing expert consultation, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and online inquiries from UK-based customers generated via PPC campaigns.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed flight, hotel, holiday package, or travel insurance bookings.
- Provide accurate fare quotes and travel solutions using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
- Upsell add-ons such as baggage, seat selection, travel insurance, hotel stays, and car rentals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow UK compliance guidelines and company sales policies.
- Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per airline rules.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer details.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on airline fares, travel trends, and promotional offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months 2 years of experience in PPC/META travel sales (UK process preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
- Excellent English communication skills (UK accent preferred).
- Knowledge of UK geography, airlines, and travel regulations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including UK time zones).
