Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in the Mohali district, with opportunities to work remotely on some occasions. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include advising clients on vacation packages, tailoring travel solutions to meet client preferences, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to assist clients in planning and organizing tailored travel experiences
• Skills in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking transportation, accommodations, and excursions
• Proven ability in providing excellent Customer Service to address client needs, resolve queries, and deliver a seamless customer experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and technology is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
