Key Responsibiliti
- esHandle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday package
- s.Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and travel requirement
- s.Prepare package costing, quotations, and travel proposal
- s.Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel vendor
- s.Provide accurate information regarding destinations, sightseeing, transfers, visas, and travel logistic
- s.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat busines
- s.Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive rates and maximize profitabilit
- y.Follow up on leads and inquiries to achieve sales targets and conversion goal
- s.Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry development
