Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Kozhikode. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, managing travel bookings, making reservations, and arranging itineraries. The role also includes assisting with travel planning, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that clients have a seamless travel experience. The consultant will be expected to stay updated on the latest trends in the travel industry to better serve clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and crafting Travel Arrangements
- Strong skills in Reservations and organizing precise travel itineraries
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Prior experience in the travel industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
