Position: Travel Sales Consultant – International Holiday Packages
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell customized international holiday packages and achieve sales targets.
- Handle leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and client relationships.
- Create customized itineraries based on customer requirements and budget.
- Coordinate with vendors for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
- Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in outbound tour sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
