Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Sales Consultant role based in Gurgaon. The Travel Sales Consultant will advise customers on domestic and international travel options, including holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa-related services. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable itineraries, preparing quotations, and closing sales while maintaining accurate reservation records. The role involves coordinating travel arrangements with suppliers, handling inquiries and follow-ups, and providing post-booking support to ensure a positive customer experience. The consultant will also contribute to meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting promotional activities as needed.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design and recommend suitable itineraries.
  • Candidates should possess skills in handling Travel Arrangements, including coordinating flights, hotels, packages, and visa-related services.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and clear communication.
  • Candidates should possess experience in managing Reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling travel services accurately.
  • Candidates should ideally have familiarity with travel booking tools or GDS systems, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM).
  • Candidates should have strong sales orientation, negotiation skills, and the ability to work toward defined targets.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or certification in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Candidates should be able to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within a team.
