Role Description

This is a full-time Travel Sales Associate role based on-site in Gurugaon. The role focuses on engaging with clients to understand their unique travel needs and preferences, designing customized travel itineraries, and providing end-to-end guidance throughout their travel planning process. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, offering tailored travel solutions, handling reservations, building lasting relationships with travelers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The associate will also contribute to promotions, sales strategies, and enhancing the overall client experience.

Role Discription

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Experience Consultant (Sales) based in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar).

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
  • Design customized travel itineraries across long-haul and short-haul destinations
  • Provide end-to-end support throughout the travel planning journey
  • Handle client queries, bookings, and coordination with internal teams
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with travelers
  • Contribute to sales initiatives and enhance overall customer experience

Who we are looking for

  • 01 year of experience in travel sales, OR
  • Freshers from a Travel & Tourism background/college
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
  • Eagerness to learn about global destinations and travel trends
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Good to have (Not Mandatory)

  • Basic knowledge of international destinations and travel planning
  • Familiarity with booking tools or CRM systems
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)
