Hi DMC India is the B2B Destination Management Company division of the Hi Group, focused on delivering exceptional travel solutions and curated holiday experiences for travel partners and tour operators across global markets. We specialize in designing and managing international travel programs for B2B partners, including FIT travel, group movements, and destination-based travel experiences.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Loader to support our Product team. This role involves assisting the Product Manager in uploading and managing travel products and holiday packages across internal systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of outbound travel products and a keen eye for accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and maintain travel products, itineraries, and holiday packages on company systems.
• Ensure all product information (pricing, inclusions, exclusions, itineraries) is accurate and up to date.
• Assist the Product Manager in day-to-day product-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required product details and updates.
• Regularly review and update existing products based on changes in offerings or pricings
• Support in creating and structuring new travel packages
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across platforms

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field
• 13 years of relevant experience in the travel industry
• Good knowledge of outbound holiday destinations and travel products
• Strong understanding of travel itineraries, costing, and packaging
• Preference for candidates with B2B travel experience (DMC/Travel Agency background)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and handling backend systems/CRMs
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
