Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for a Travel Package Manager. The Travel Package Manager will be responsible for designing and customizing travel packages based on clients requirements, negotiating with international travel agencies and suppliers, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless execution of trips. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining quality service. The role will also involve market research to identify travel trends and opportunities for expanding business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating and managing customized travel packages for domestic, inbound, and outbound tourists
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealing with clients and international suppliers
- Experience in event management, including corporate tours, group events, and family packages
- Knowledge of popular international destinations and their travel logistics
- Ability to conduct effective market research and identify emerging travel trends
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Proficiency in standard office software and reservation systems is a plus
