Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Package Manager located in Rajkot. The Travel Package Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing travel packages for clients. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, coordinating with suppliers, booking travel arrangements, customizing tour packages, and ensuring smooth trip execution. The role also involves staying up-to-date with travel trends, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining high customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and tailor-made solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel itinerary planning, tour customization, and package design
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in managing travel logistics, bookings, and vendor coordination
- Customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
- Proficient in travel-related software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or related field
