Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Package Consultant role based in Rajkot. The role involves advising clients and travel agents on suitable destinations, itineraries, and packages that match their preferences and budgets. The Travel Package Consultant will design and customize tour packages, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage bookings and reservations for domestic and international trips. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing detailed travel information, preparing quotations, and ensuring accurate documentation for flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and partners, resolving customer issues promptly, and supporting corporate and group travel requirements as needed.

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
• Candidates should possess skills in planning and coordinating Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, agents, and suppliers.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using booking tools, office software, and basic travel-related systems.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of domestic and international destinations; experience with key regions such as Southeast Asia, Middle East, and island destinations is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines.
• Relevant experience in a travel agency or tour operations and a diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field would be beneficial.
