Role Description This position plays a key role in supporting our international operations, ensuring compliance with IATA Non-Ticketing accreditation, and helping us build future services for Indian travelers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of experience in a travel agency or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of compliance processes
• Good written English communication skills
• Experience handling Business Travel and related logistics
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• One of the following certifications is required: IATA/ARC Training Certificate, ARC Specialist Certification, Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certification in Meeting Management (CMM), Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), or ASTA Verified Travel Advisor (VTA)
