Role PurposeThis role owns the execution layer of the business.
You are responsible for ensuring that what is sold and designed is delivered on the ground calmly, precisely, and without surprises. This is a leadership role with accountability for systems, vendors, and people.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Delivery
- Own ground operations across destinations
- Manage vendors, contracts, confirmations, and timelines
- Ensure logistics for bespoke and group travel run as planned
- Anticipate risks and resolve issues before escalation
- Maintain clean operational documentation and checklists
Vendor Leadership
- Build and maintain strong, reliable vendor relationships
- Set clear expectations and service standards
- Hold partners accountable to agreed deliverables
- Evaluate and improve vendor performance over time
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the operations team
- Set clarity around roles, responsibilities, and ownership
- Build systems that reduce dependency on individuals
- Ensure calm execution under pressure
- Be accountable for team outcomes, not just individual tasks
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams
- Ensure feasibility and clarity before commitments are made
- Protect client experience through disciplined execution
