Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Travel Operations Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, India, in a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end travel operations for our clients, ensuring seamless execution of surprise travel experiences. You will oversee logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management while maintaining exceptional service standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating unique travel experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end travel operations, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and curated experiences.
  • Oversee daily travel operations to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, local vendors, and partners to negotiate competitive rates and secure reliable services.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, personalization, and confidentiality of surprise trips.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the travel operations team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support.
  • Handle client communication, resolve issues proactively, and ensure a seamless customer experience before, during, and after travel.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across travel operations.
  • Analyze travel trends, operational data, and customer feedback to enhance offerings and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and service quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel operations, tourism, hospitality, or a related role.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in online travel tools, booking platforms, and travel operations software.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle unexpected travel changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for travel, creativity in designing personalized experiences, and exceptional attention to detail.
