Job Description

A dynamic role in the Travel & Tourism industry serving both corporate and leisure segments across domestic and international markets. This on-site position supports end-to-end travel operationsticketing, reservations, itinerary planning, supplier coordination, and customer carefor clients and partners across India.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end reservations for flights, hotels, rail, and ancillary services using GDS platforms; build and modify itineraries to meet client requirements.
  • Create and update PNRs, perform fare calculations, issue e-tickets and process refunds/cancellations in compliance with BSP/IATA rules.
  • Provide accurate pricing, routing options, and itinerary recommendations to customers; upsell relevant ancillaries such as insurance and seat upgrades.
  • Coordinate visa, travel insurance, and supplier confirmations; liaise with airlines, hotels, and ground operators to resolve booking exceptions.
  • Log all customer interactions and booking updates in CRM; escalate complex cases to team leads and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support sales and account teams with rate quotes, group bookings, and periodic reporting to help meet monthly booking and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proven hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
  • Strong knowledge of PNR creation and fare calculation
  • Familiarity with IATA/BSP ticketing rules and e-ticketing processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience updating CRM systems for booking workflows
  • Clear English communication (verbal and written) and customer-facing experience in travel operations
  • Preferred
  • Experience managing corporate travel accounts or high-volume leisure bookings
  • Knowledge of visa facilitation procedures and travel insurance processing
  • Exposure to travel CRM platforms or booking engines (e.g., TTS, Travelport integrations)
