Role: Operations Manager Travel (OTA) - 1 Position
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end OTA operations (booking ticketing post-sales)
Drive revenue from US/Canada routes
Handle GDS operations (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport)
Manage airline/consolidator coordination
Reduce cancellations, chargebacks improve booking quality
Optimize call center performance (sales + support)
Monitor fraud checks, payment flows verification processes
Must Have
OTA experience (Meta / Flight sales)
Strong GDS ticketing knowledge
Experience handling US market bookings
Team handling (Team Leads + Agents)
