About The Opportunity

Operating in the Travel & Hospitality sector, this role sits within retail and corporate travel services selling holiday packages, flights, hotels, and end-to-end travel solutions across India.

We serve leisure and corporate customers with a focus on high-conversion sales, ticketing accuracy, and exceptional post-sales supporthiring on-site sales talent to grow market share and customer lifetime value.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales of travel products (packages, flights, hotels, ancillaries) to achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead pipelines, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings using GDS and CRM systems.
  • Create tailored itineraries, perform fare construction and ticketing, and process payments, refunds, and amendments accurately.
  • Maintain and update PNR records, ensure compliance with ticketing policies, and own post-sales customer service including cancellations and re-issues.
  • Proactively upsell and cross-sell ancillaries (insurance, transfers, excursions), negotiate supplier rates, and secure margin-positive deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to feedback market insights, improve offers, and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in travel sales or travel consultancy with demonstrable target achievement.
  • Strong ticketing and fare-construction knowledge; experience handling refunds, re-issues, and complex itineraries.
  • Fluent English; additional regional languages (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, etc.) are advantageous.
