Job Title: Travel On-Site Concierge Captain

Role Summary
The CREW Onsite Captain delivers seamless, end-to-end guest support at the destination. The role focuses on guest assistance, on-ground coordination, and ensuring a smooth, personalized travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
. Welcome guests and support them through check-in, arrival formalities, and itinerary clarifications. . Provide quick, accurate assistance for guest queries and special requests. . Offer local recommendations for dining, activities, transport, and experiences. . Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and activity partners to ensure timely execution of plans. . Manage last-minute changes or on-ground issues with speed, ownership, and professionalism. . Maintain service quality and ensure every guest feels supported throughout their stay.
Requirements
. 13 years of experience in hospitality, travel operations, or customer service (on-ground experience preferred). . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Good local destination knowledge and comfort working in dynamic environments. . Ability to multitask, priorities, and solve real-time issues. . Guest-first mindset with high ownership and reliability.
Work Environment
. Fully on-site at the destination. . Rotational shifts including weekends/holidays based on guest movement.
