Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of Travel Manager. The Travel Manager will handle daily tasks such as developing and organizing travel plans, coordinating arrangements for individual and group travel, and managing client accounts. The role includes working closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also oversee travel policies, budgets, and client satisfaction to ensure smooth operations of the travel department.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Travel Management, including planning and organizing travel arrangements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand and meet client needs effectively
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with travel booking tools and a strong understanding of the travel industry
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant educational background in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred
