Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the travel team to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Handle and supervise domestic and international travel packages.
- Manage flight ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel itineraries.
- Oversee corporate travel desk operations and provide travel solutions to corporate clients.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for travelers.
- Manage visa processing and documentation requirements.
- Handle foreign exchange (Forex) requirements and related travel services.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of travel-related queries.
- Develop relationships with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and other travel partners.
- Monitor team performance and drive business growth.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
- Hands-on experience in ticketing and reservation systems.
- Experience managing corporate travel desk operations.
- Good understanding of transportation, visa processes, and Forex services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre will be an added advantage.
