Looking for Helpdesk Executive with good Moveinsync knowledge.
- Manage day-to-day employee transportation operations for pickup and drop.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding in the MIS portal.
- Monitor real-time trip tracking and take corrective action when required.
- Address employee queries related to pickup/drop issues, booking errors, and route changes.
- Ensure women associate safety compliance, including escort deployment when applicable.
