Job Description

Looking for Helpdesk Executive with good Moveinsync knowledge.

  • Manage day-to-day employee transportation operations for pickup and drop.
  • Handle employee onboarding/offboarding in the MIS portal.
  • Monitor real-time trip tracking and take corrective action when required.
  • Address employee queries related to pickup/drop issues, booking errors, and route changes.
  • Ensure women associate safety compliance, including escort deployment when applicable.
