This isn't just about answering queries you'll be part of the frontline sales journey, inspiring travelers to book experiences, guiding them through discovery, and ensuring they're excited about their next adventure.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with inbound leads via chat, email, and calls turning curiosity into bookings
  • Qualify leads by uncovering their travel style, needs, and preferences
  • Be a trusted voice: build rapport and highlight why solo travel with our client is special
  • Manage smooth, high-context handoffs to the client's Travel Experts (TEs)
  • Maintain CRM updates with crystal-clear notes
  • Share feedback and insights to improve scripts, playbooks, and sales flows

What We're Looking For
  • 13 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or customer success with a sales component
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A natural conversationalist who can build trust quickly
  • Target-driven, but empathetic and traveler-minded
  • Tech-savvy: quick to learn CRM and sales tools
  • Bonus: passion for travel or experience in travel/hospitality sales
