Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Expert, located in Pune. The Travel Expert will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, and providing personalized travel solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include booking domestic and international tickets, planning itineraries, managing travel budgets, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in coordinating Business Travel and personalized travel solutions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage travel schedules effectively
• Proficiency in travel management software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
