This Position reports to:

Regional - Regional T&E Business Partner Lead


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Primary point of contact for countries, guiding and supporting the business to enable easy, cost‑efficient, safe and compliant T&E processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, policies and procedures, and support ABB Integrity and compliance teams in addressing T&E‑related compliance cases.
  • Manage Business Area demand within the assigned countries, including new requests and changes. Manage escalations, issues and complex cases, in collaboration with T&E Operational teams.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across countries and business lines on T&E policy, process implementation and compliance, while monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments within the assigned countries. Drive efficiency, standardization, and harmonization of T&E processes, leveraging feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities and barriers to execution.
  • Oversee assigned countries T&E process performance and analytics, identifying trends, risks and improvement actions to optimize end‑to‑end performance. Consult, communicate and support internal customers and end users on T&E policies, standards, systems and process changes within the assigned countries.
  • Manage assigned countries implementation of T&E systems, processes and policies, ensuring compliant end‑to‑end delivery in line with SLAs.
  • Lead T&E‑related projects, including scope, timelines, resources, governance and vendor coordination, and support third‑party and vendor management activities.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions and divestitures from a T&E perspective within the assigned countries, ensuring continuity, compliance, and smooth transitions.

Qualification for the role:

  • Minimum 5 year of experience in Travel & Expenses
  • Experienced in handling stakeholders ability to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of reporting and understanding.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and driving improvement and optimization of projects with effective project management skills.
  • Must have understanding on Concur Expense and Travel integration and system.
  • Ability to interact with different levels of employees and advanced communication skills in multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English language is mandatory. Good knowledge of power point and data analysis.
