• Job Description: Handle inbound travel inquiries forinternational holiday packages.
• SellFIT and group tour packagesfor outbound destinations.
• Assist in creatingcustomized itinerariesand quotations.
• Follow up with leads and support senior consultants in closing sales.
• Coordinate with operations, visa, and ticketing teams.
• Maintain client data, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Provide pre- and post-travel customer support.
• Destination Knowledge: Basic to good knowledge ofThailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Bali, Dubai & Europe.
