Job Summary:

As a Travel Executive at Saarth Holidays, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients plan and book their dream vacations. You'll work closely with individuals, families, and groups, providing expert advice and creating itineraries that perfectly match their needs and preferences.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Raipur. Freshers are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Travel Arrangements: Research and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities for clients.
• Travel Consulting: Offer expert guidance on destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent service throughout their journey.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth travel experiences.
• Travel Management: Handle bookings, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related tasks.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Strong interest in the travel industry and a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficient in computer skills and internet research.

Preferred (Not Required):

• Prior experience in customer service or sales.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS).
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Experience with travel management software.
• Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations.
