Travel Executive (International Voice)

We're looking for a Travel Executive to join our team, specializing in an International Voice Process. If you have experience in the travel domain, a knack for customer service, and hands-on experience with GDS software, this role is for you. We value excellent communication skills and are looking for immediate joiners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through an international voice process.
• Utilize GDS (Global Distribution System) platforms like Amadeus and Galileo for bookings and reservations.
• Perform manual ticketing as required.
• Provide excellent customer service related to travel arrangements.
• Work efficiently in a 24/7 environment to meet customer needs.

Required Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel domain with an international voice process.
• Hands-on experience with Amadeus and GDS software is mandatory.
• Experience with manual ticketing is also required.
• Skills:Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Availability: We are looking for immediate joiners.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Working Days: 5 days working, with 2 offs.
