About the Role
Infinity Learn is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage Travel Desk Operations. The role involves handling end-to-end travel coordination, vendor management, travel bookings, and ensuring seamless travel support for employees and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, hotels, cabs, and itineraries
- Coordinate with travel vendors and agencies for best pricing and smooth travel arrangements
- Handle travel requests, approvals, and travel-related documentation
- Ensure timely booking confirmations and issue resolutions
- Monitor travel budgets and maintain travel expense records
- Maintain MIS reports related to travel operations and vendor billing
- Support employees with travel policies and compliance requirements
- Coordinate for emergency travel changes or cancellations whenever required
- Ensure smooth day-to-day travel desk operations and stakeholder management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Travel Desk Operations/Administration
- Good understanding of travel coordination and vendor management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously

- Preference will be given to candidates based in Hyderabad or those available to attend face-to-face interviews in Hyderabad
