Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Executive role based in Mumbai. The Travel Executive will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements as per client requirements, offering expert travel consultation, handling customer inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes managing travel bookings, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and the ability to create customized solutions for clients
• Thorough knowledge of visa requirement for various countries and ability to handle inquiries for the same
• Strong communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is highly desirable
