Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Desk role located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, coordinating bookings for business or leisure travel, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The role entails interacting with clients to understand and fulfill their travel requirements while maintaining a focus on providing excellent customer service and efficient travel management solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel arrangements and travel management for diverse needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in delivering outstanding customer service and handling inquiries
• Knowledge of business travel planning and coordination
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software or tools for travel and resource management
• Prior experience in the travel or car rental industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
