About the role
Support end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, local transportation, MICE, Visa and itineraries.
Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
Liaise with travel agencies, vendors, and internal teams to secure the best rates and services.
Maintain and prepare regular Travel MIS reports for management.
Resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
Vendor Management - validate and submit the vendor financial statement on timely basis. Will be responsible for doing the GRN, Raising the PO.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Management will be given preference.
3 to 4 years of experience in managing corporate or hospitality travel desks.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficient in travel management tools, MS Office, and booking software. GDS knowledge is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of visa and immigration processes is a plus
