We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Desk Executive to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees across the organization. The role involves coordinating flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and local transport while ensuring cost efficiency, policy compliance, and a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, cabs, visas if required)
- Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, and hotel partners for best rates and availability
- Ensure all bookings are aligned with company travel policy and budgets
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently
- Maintain travel itineraries and documentation for all employees
- Support employees with travel queries and real-time assistance during travel
- Track and manage travel expenses, invoices, and reconciliations
- Maintain a database of preferred vendors and negotiated rates
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal stakeholders

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 25 years of experience in corporate travel desk / travel coordination
- Prior experience with travel agencies or corporate admin teams preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling bulk bookings or leadership travel
- Familiarity with international travel processes and documentation
- Exposure to vendor management and negotiation
