Job Summary
We are looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage corporate travel requirements for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling cab bookings, hotel reservations, flight bookings, vendor coordination, customer support, and billing-related activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate travel requests received via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Arrange and coordinate cab bookings for local and outstation travel.
- Book flights, hotels, and train tickets as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with taxi owners, drivers, hotels, and travel vendors.
- Prepare quotations and share travel proposals with clients.
- Maintain booking records and update trip status.
- Monitor ongoing trips and provide operational support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain MIS reports and booking trackers in Excel.
- Ensure timely confirmation and execution of all travel services.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and vendors.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Experience in travel, cab operations, customer service, or hotel booking will be preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate.

Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)

- 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
