Ticketing & Visa Specialist
Sunbeams Travels | Vadodara (On-site)
The Role

Focusing exclusively on high-precision travel logistics. You will manage end-to-end ticketing and visa processing for a professional corporate and individual clientele.

Core Responsibilities
Ticketing: Full-cycle booking, re-issuance, and cancellations via CRS
Galileo.
Visa Services: Managing documentation, filing applications, and tracking status for various co
nsulates.
Client Management: Handling corporate inquiries with professional English commu
nication.
Coordination: Liaising directly with airlines and visa centers to ensure
accuracy.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in Airline Ticketing & Visa Services.
Technical: Expert-level proficiency in Galileo.
Communication: Fluent in English (Written & Verbal).
Precision: High attention to detail with documentation and deadlines.
