Role Overview
As a Chat Service Representative, you will assist customers through non-voice communication channels such as
chat, email, text, and social media. Your role includes resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and other non-verbal platforms
- Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns with clarity and empathy
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly tone in all interactions
- Ensure quick turnaround and high-quality support to enhance customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (12th Pass) or equivalent
- Freshers are welcome; 1 year of customer service experience is an added advantage
- Strong written English communication skills (grammar & spelling must be good)
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts
Salary
25,000 35,000 CTC per month
(Based on interview performance and relevant experience)
