Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dadar Mumbai for a Travel Coordinator.

B2B / B2C Travel - Experience

Language : Arabic SpeakingMust

Experience : 3-4 Years or near by

Core knowledge : Ticketing / call handling / Knowledge of different market fares would be a added advantage / Call handling etc

Age: Is not a barrier

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to handle client inquiries professionally
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Travel Management systems and processes
