This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurgaon. The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and organizing travel itineraries, managing travel arrangements, booking reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. They will collaborate with the team to provide individualized travel solutions and maintain high standards of client service.

• Experience with Travel Consulting, including advising clients on travel destinations and crafting personalized itineraries
• Skills in Travel Management and coordinating trip logistics efficiently
• Proficiency in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and address any travel-related issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software is preferred
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills
