Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Rajkot for a travel consultant. The travel consultant will assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, coordinating schedules, and handling inquiries to ensure a smooth and satisfying travel experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Trasmoth Customer Service and Resuammunication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a client-focused environment
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and technologies is an added advantage
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
