Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, travel management, making travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and handling reservations.
We are hiring Travel Consultants for two key verticals:
- Indian Market (Flights & Holiday Packages)
- US Market (Flights & Holiday Packages)
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with flight bookings, holiday packages, itineraries, and travel-related inquiries. You will ensure excellent customer service while promoting our travel offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with flight bookings, holiday packages, hotels, and travel insurance.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, and travel requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally.
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Upsell travel-related services to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, travel trends, and promotions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
For Indian Market Consultant:- Prior experience in travel consultancy (flights & holiday packages for Indian customers).
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international flight routes, visa processes, and popular Indian holiday destinations.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (other regional languages a plus).
For US Market Consultant:- Experience in handling US clients for flights & holiday bookings.
- Familiarity with US travel trends, airline policies, and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Flexibility to work in US time zones (if required).
Preferred Skills:- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) or travel booking platforms.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
