Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customers travel requirements and providing personalized holiday solutions. You will interact with international customers, recommend suitable travel packages, handle enquiries, follow up with prospective customers, and convert opportunities into successful bookings while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customers travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Recommend customized international holiday packages based on customer requirements.
• Clearly explain package inclusions, itineraries, pricing, and other relevant travel details.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about destinations, packages, and services.
• Build trust and rapport with customers throughout the consultation and sales process.
• Convert qualified travel enquiries into successful bookings and sales.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Negotiate and persuade customers while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, follow-ups, and interaction records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings wherever required.
• Provide excellent customer service before and during the booking process.
• Stay updated on available packages, destinations, and travel offerings.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide suitable alternatives where required.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.

• Graduates and undergraduates may apply, depending on company policy.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in travel and sales are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in travel sales, international sales, telesales, BPO, customer service, or related fields will be preferred.
