Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Gurugram. The Travel Consultant will interact with travelers to understand their preferences, budgets, and schedules, and design customized itineraries that align with TripzyGo's AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, visas, and activities, ensuring accurate reservations and smooth trip execution. The role involves providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries and changes, and offering expert guidance on destinations, routes, and travel options. The Travel Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, support seamless bookings, and contribute insights that improve the overall traveler experience.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee comprehensive travel plans.
  • Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, and related services.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, handle queries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations, visa processes, and common booking platforms or GDS tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple itineraries, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel-tech environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
