About the Role

As a Travel Consultant at Tripyog, you won't just be selling trips - you'll be crafting experiences. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, understanding their travel needs and turning their dream vacations into reality. This is a high-growth role with a clear promotion path up to Senior Travel Consultant, Travel Sales Lead, and beyond.

What You'll Do

→ Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and itineraries

→ Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings

→ Plan and customize domestic and international holiday packages within customer budgets

→ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking, ticketing, and hotel arrangements

→ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat bookings and referrals

→ Achieve monthly booking targets and revenue goals

→ Stay updated on new destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and airline/hotel offers

→ Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions on CRM

What We're Looking For

→ Education: Graduate in any stream (Travel & Tourism degree is a plus)

→ Experience: 0–2 years in travel sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (freshers with passion for travel are welcome)

→ Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English

→ Good knowledge of popular domestic destinations

→ Comfortable with smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer usage

→ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player

→ Based in Patna or willing to relocate
