Travel Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Travel Agent with hands-on experience in booking airline tickets using Amadeus and Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS). The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing hotel reservations and other travel-related services using a hotel backend system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book and issue airline tickets using Amadeus and Sabre GDS systems.
• Handle hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations using dedicated hotel backend systems.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with inquiries, special requests, and resolving travel issues.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and regulations when handling bookings.
• Keep up-to-date with airline schedules, promotions, and fare rules.
• Coordinate travel services such as transfers, car rentals, and additional bookings.
• Provide customers with travel advice and guidance to meet their travel needs.
• Manage administrative tasks related to travel documentation, payment processing, and itinerary confirmations.
