Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Noida. The Travel Consultant will assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international trips, including flights, hotels, tour packages, and ground transportation. Responsibilities include understanding customer preferences and budgets, providing personalized itinerary recommendations, and ensuring accurate reservations and documentation. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, resolving booking issues, and offering visa and travel-related guidance as needed. The Travel Consultant will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, promotions, and travel regulations, while delivering responsive, courteous customer service throughout the travel planning process.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design tailored itineraries and optimize travel plans for diverse customer needs.
• Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, packages, and related services using booking tools or GDS platforms.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage inquiries, and handle issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, basic visa and documentation requirements, and current travel trends.
• Ability to work with attention to detail, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using computers and travel booking software; familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or hospitality is preferred; a diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members and external partners.
