Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Saket. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day travel consulting for B2B partners, including crafting itineraries, managing bookings, and coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements for both FIT and group travel. The role involves providing accurate destination information, creating cost-effective proposals, and ensuring all reservations and documentation are completed on time and in line with client requirements. The Travel Consultant will liaise with hotels, airlines, ground handlers, and other suppliers to secure competitive rates and reliable services. The role also includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues during travel, and maintaining clear, professional communication with partners to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and the ability to design tailored itineraries for FIT and group travel.
  • Experience in Travel Management, including handling MICE movements, group coordination, and supplier liaison.
  • Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with GDS or travel booking platforms and proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple bookings simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in B2B travel, DMCs, or MICE operations is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism
