Job Description

  • Handle International and Domestic package tours including FIT/GIT, Customaries/Non-Customaries itineraries.
  • Negotiate with hotels for the best rates and arrange surface transport and hotel bookings.
  • Attend to customer inquiries via in-person visits, emails, and telephone, and perform timely follow-ups.
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to final sale independently.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
