Job Description
* Understand customers travel requirements, preferences, budgets and expectations.
* Design and customise domestic and international holiday itineraries.
* Recommend destinations, hotels, sightseeing experiences, activities and suitable travel options.
* Prepare holiday quotations, itineraries and travel proposals tailored to individual customer needs.
* Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
* Follow up with prospective customers, address queries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Coordinate with destination management companies (DMCs), hotels, airlines, transport providers and other travel partners.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and deliver value to customers.
* Assist with flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, travel insurance and visa-related documentation.
* Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, booking details and follow-up schedules.
* Provide excellent pre-travel and post-booking customer support.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
* Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, seasonal offers and tourism products.
