This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bihar, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities, for a Travel Consultant at The Book Flight. Responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to design personalized travel experiences, booking flights and reservations, and addressing client inquiries while delivering excellent customer service. The Travel Consultant will be expected to understand clients needs and provide solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

• Proven experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills, including responding effectively to client inquiries and resolving issues
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a base location in Bihar
• Familiarity with booking systems and travel-related software
• Fluency in spoken and written English; local language proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
